Concrete convex　Concrete concave

 

The Sculpture Department building is divided almost symmetrically and the 2 storage rooms on either side of the building are also symmetric.
There is a feeling of obstruction in this work as the wall of the storage room on the north side is recessed and alternatively raised on the south, producing a symmetrical shape that opens and connects the two spaces,
By altering this building and connecting these 2 spaces, the Sculpture Department building changes and becomes part of the work. In other words, the concave at the entrance becomes the convex at the exit and as the energy flows through the building from one side to the other, the entire building becomes the artwork.
